WHAT IS MEDIATION?

A voluntary settlement process to help you resolve disputes. Mediation is an informal process where a mediator helps people with a dispute to reach agreement. The mediation process identifies important issues, clarifies misunderstandings, explores solutions, and negotiates settlement.

The mediator is not a judge and does not make a decision or impose a solution on the dispute. Rather, the mediator helps those involved in the dispute talk to each other, thereby allowing them to resolve the dispute themselves. The mediator manages the mediation session and remains impartial.

  • MANAGEMENT:  David Maier is a three decade industry veteran and national talent scout for operational and executive level managers. He holds the following professional designations: Registered Resort Professional, Certified Hotel Administrator, Certified Hospitality Marketing Executive and Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
  • FINANCE: Our subsidiary, AMG Finance, LLC, assists resort operators and property owner associations with renovation, equipment and special amenity financing. Traditional financing is not easily obtained from local lending institutions who are not familiar with the nuances and seasonality of resort operations.
  • TALENT SCOUTING & INTERIM MANAGEMENT SERVICES:Executive Talent Scouting is one of our strongest core competencies. We have over three decades of experience recruiting, training and retaining middle to senior level managers in the hospitality industry and have an extensive network of management candidates with a wide variety of skill sets.   In certain situations, Interim Management can be recommended for emergency deployment to “hold the fort down” until a permanent manager can be recruited through normal processes.
