David Maier

Early in his career, David gained experience in the resort industry with Fairfield Communities, Inc. as Director of Resort Operations at their flagship property, Fairfield Bay, AR. Fairfield later became Wyndham Vacation Club, one of the largest resort development and hotel brands in the world. Thirty-two plus years later, David still owns commercial property and invests in the community of Fairfield Bay….most recently completing a new construction project/long term lease to the county ambulance provider.

He has been a licensed Arkansas Real Estate Broker since 1990 and a Tennessee Real Estate Broker since 1995. During that time, Maier also held Real Estate Broker & Notary Public licenses in the United States Virgin Islands.

In 1995 David founded Outsource, LLC in the USVI to provide business, I.T. and real estate services for businesses in St. Croix, St. John and St. Thomas. He represented the USVI Economic Development Commission at the APEX Summit in Seoul, South Korea and various other International investment conferences.

In 2005 David joined MasterCorp, Inc., the largest resort housekeeping company in the country.  www.mastercorp.com.   As the Executive Vice President of the company, he served on the five person Executive Leadership Team.  After eleven years of service, David retired from MasterCorp to focus on the Asset Management Group business portfolio and General Civil Mediation.  David currently resides in Crossville, TN with his wife, Marty. They have four grown children spread out across the United States.
